Objectives of BNCC
1. To develop individual character, leadership qualities and sense of dedication to nation service and comradeship in young men and women
2. To provide military training to young men and women so as to stimulate their interest for the defense of the country.
3. To provide discipline volunteers for nation development programmes and during natural calamities.
4. To provide 2nd line of defense in the wake of external aggression.
5. To build up a reserve of potential leaders for various walks of national life including the Armed Forces.
